Krcil Designs Returns & Refunds Policy
Krcil Designs specializes in made-to-order custom personalized items, and therefore, we do not accept order cancellations or refunds. Please note that within the first 24 hours of placing an order, cancellation requests are subject to a 25% restocking fee, any cancellations beyond this timeframe are non-refundable as our items are exclusively made-to-order to fulfill custom orders. Please note that once you place an order, a refund request cannot be accommodated unless there is an error on our part.
Custom Orders are non-refundable due to the requirement of design approval before permanent stamping of the item.
We do not offer exchanges. To ensure correct sizing, please carefully read the product descriptions and refer to the sizing charts provided.
In order to initiate a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost back to Krcil Designs.
To start a return, please contact us at krcildesigns@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges: To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we recommend returning the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at krcildesigns@gmail.com for further assistance.
