How long does it take to get a custom order?
For those seeking personalization, such as, adding a name, text, change of color, your order typically takes 1 business days.
However, picture collage photo cups, complete design overhauls, or a custom creation from scratch, these are the orders that may require the full 3 business days to ensure every detail is just right.

How to add text, business slogan, company slogan?
To customize logo merch, please leave us the details in the "Personalization & Design Notes" box located above add to cart button or in your cart at checkout or include in the e-mail with your logo file.
How to add extra logos to t-shirts?
Front Logo — 1 Logo on front is included in price of t-shirt. The maximum size for front logo is 15" x 15".
Back Logo — to add a back logo, please select it from the style options. The maximum size for back logo is 15" x 15".
Left Sleeve Logo or Right Sleeve Logo — to add a logo to the left sleeve or right sleeve, please select it from the style options. The maximum size for sleeve logo is 3" x 3".
How to add extra logos to sweatshirts?
Front Logo — 1 Logo on front is included in price of sweatshirt. The maximum size for front logo is 15" x 15".
Back Logo — to add a back logo, please select it from the style options. The maximum size for back logo is 15" x 15".
Left Cuff Logo or Right Cuff Logo — to add a logo to the left cuff or right cuff, please select it from the style options. The maximum size for cuff logo is 3" x 3".
Left Arm Words/Logo or Right Arm Words/Logo — to add words or logo to the left arm or right arm, please select it from the style options. The maximum size for arm words or logo is 15"long x 6"tall.

Custom Orders Policy
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the estimated turnaround time of 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made.
We advise reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all required information and spelling in the custom order details boxes before finalizing your purchase.
Please carefully review sizing charts, select the correct colors, designs, and other details before confirming your order.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on my part.
Refunds will not be granted for misspelled personalization details provided in the personalization boxes.
Additionally, refunds will not be granted if the care instructions provided are not followed.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, exchanges and returns are not available.
Each Krcil Designs item is unique, and no two items are identical due to the production process. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen variations.
Please note that all custom personalized items are non-refundable.
Order cancellations made within the first 24 hours of order place will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, any cancellations beyond this time frame are non-refundable as our items are custom, personalized, and made-to-order.
