Made-To-Order items are our standard design products, meaning, no personalization and no custom designs are need, and are made as they are ordered.

    How long to create my order?

    At Krcil Designs, we strive to create orders promptly.
    However, please keep in mind that our items are made to order, requiring dedicated time for design and creation and the design approval process.
    The estimated turnaround time (TAT) for Custom Orders is 1-3 business days for completion of the item.
    Personalization, such as adding a name or phrase, takes an additional 1 business days.
    Custom Designs, such as a creating a new design, takes an additional 1-3 business days.
    Picture collages and photo items, takes an additional 1-3 business days.
    All designs require final approval and will be sent via email.
    Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days.
    All of this is factor into the 1-3 business day estimated turnaround time (TAT).

    How do you ship orders?

    We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.
    If your needing expedited shipping, please contact us below and we will accommodate you by sending you an invoice for additional expedited shipping fees.

    We ship from Gillette, Wyoming, USA.
       
       

    How will I know when my items have been shipped?

    When your order finishes processing and begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email and /or SMS containing a tracking link.  
       
       

    Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of order placed by contacting us below. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
       
       

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so within the first 24 hours of order placed by contacting us below.
       
       

    What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

    We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us below, within 3 business days, with photos of damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement.
    In the rare event that an item arrives to you incorrect i.e wrong size, misspelled etc. please contact us below immediately and we'll do everything to make it right.
       
       

    Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of order placed by contacting us below. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
       
       

    Are there any additional customs fees or taxes?

    Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applicable depending on your country's regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information about potential fees.

    CUSTOM ORDERS

    By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the estimated turnaround time of 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

    Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. 

    We advise reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all required information and spelling in the custom order details boxes before finalizing your purchase. 

    Please carefully review sizing charts, select the correct colors, designs, and other details before confirming your order.

    Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on my part. 

    Refunds will not be granted for misspelled personalization details provided in the custom order details boxes. 

    Additionally, refunds will not be granted if the care instructions provided are not followed. 

    Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, exchanges and returns are not available. 

    Each Krcil Designs item is unique, and no two items are identical due to the production process. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen variations.

    Please note that all custom personalized items are non-refundable. 

    Order cancellations made within the first 24 hours of order place will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, any cancellations beyond this time frame are non-refundable as our items are custom, personalized, and made-to-order.
